A participatory approach enabled employees, the management, and the Indian owners to collaboratively influence the development of the new brand strategy. Additionally, the perspectives and positioning of the brand were assessed through surveys conducted with customers and market insights gathered from experts. In my role as a Designer I created the new brand platform, and supervised the implementation of all elements. From classic brochures, websites and intranet to the walls that surround the construction sites.
